  • Everyone is born with the ability to create Happiness. You can create the happiness for yourself and for people around you also.
  • Feel happy with whatever you do or enjoy. Find out what pleases you that is within your reach and affordability. And, pursue those habits or activities. Don’t crave for things that are out of your limits. You should possess the stamina and a suitable atmosphere to achieve anything. So, you need to improve yourself to achieve anything or else be content with whatever you have. Try to make the best of everything that you have.
  • By being happy, you are able to spread Happiness to your friends and family members also.
  • If you are happy, it doesn’t necessarily mean that you possess the best of everything. It simply means that you are able to find happiness in everything.
  • People around you can also become happy simply looking at your happy, smiling face. So, keep a smiling face always.
  • Keeping content with life by enjoying even the smallest moments of life creates Happiness. So, never miss any moment. Enjoy Happiness in a child’s laughter, in the beauty of flowers, in the aura of the blue sky or the rising sun and the setting sun.

What is Happiness?

Happiness is the inner feeling in our hearts that keeps us in a pleasant and joyful mood.

It has no monetary value. It’s par all material enjoyments.

Most people generally believe that material success brings them happiness. Happiness, for most of them, means having a good job or business, living in a comfortable house, possessing all comforts of life.

But, it is not so. Even after possessing all the wealth and other comforts or luxuries of life, one may not find happiness in his life. All that can only lead to a more complicated and worrysome life. You are always worried of your position and assets of life. You can’t live as you wish. You always feel compeled to act in a restricted way to maintain your position and everything. So, that can’t provide you a happy life.

On the other hand, even a poor man dwelling on the pavement can feel vey happy in his life because he is free to live under the sky enjoying the fresh air and consuming whatever he gets from the nature and from the generous people around there. He has nothing to worry for in his life. So, he lives the most satisfied life if he keeps away from other distracting factors.

So, we are able to see that Happiness is not a result of wealth and material possessions. It is the result of one’s own satisfaction and joyful mentality.

Let us all try to refrain ourselves from running after those material possessions of life and be content with whatever is enough for our real existence on this earth.

Let us all aim at that simple, blissful Happiness as our goal of life.

Seven Tips for a Happy Life

  1. Remember that life is too short to spend it on trivial matters of disagreement or disputes. Everyone has his own point of view. You can’t force him to look from your point-of-view.
  2. Do not try to compare yourself with others. Everyone has his own uniqueness and identity. Comparision only leads to dissatisfaction or disputes.
  3. God has created you. So, he has some purpose for your life. Try to find out that purpose.
  4. Treat your Failures and problems as the stepping stones for your successes.
  5. Don’t stick to the memories of your past failures or problems. Simply let them go by learning some new lessons from those experiences.
  6. Share your experiences and thoughts with people so that you may spread happiness in their lives. By doing so, you may also learn something unique and useful for your life through their experiences.
  7. Remember that you are the in charge of your Happiness and nobody else, even though some of them may have helped you in achieving it by providing suitable guidance.  So, never complain about your happiness or unhappiness to anybody as it is an outcome of your own preferences and actions.

Blogging 101 #Day 4 – It’s all about Knowing your Audience

Hi,

I have been a little bit confused at first as to who are my audience. When I started my blog 2 years ago, I had no idea of whatever I shall be writing and for whom I will be writing here. And, there was a lot of gap with no posts.

But, now there is no confusion at all. Everything is crystal clear now. When I christened my blogging site on the first day of this Blogging 101 course, I got a clear picture of what will be my blogging about and whatever topics I will be covering. That is why I titled my Blog as “LIVING BETTER”.

Balloon spreading “Living Better” message

I consider my blog as a big balloon flying in the sky all over the world, carrying the message of ‘living better’. I believe that all of us are interested in making our lives better and definitely aspire for “Living Better” than what we are presently doing.

Each one of us want Happiness, Love. We like enjoying Nature and experiencing Bliss. We expect Kindness and Humanity from people. We like to enjoy good Health.

So, I have decided to blog on all these topics and share my knowledge and experiences, if any, regarding improving the living conditions of our life and environment and would be happy if I can be of any use to you.

Expecting support and cooperation from all of you.
